KGS Activator is an application-independent product. It uploads documents and data into any SAP system. It is capable to work with any archiving, document management or enterprise content management solution on the market.

Capture meta data while scanning (e.g. header or line item data)?
KGS Activator passes this data on to the SAP transaction for further processing (e.g. FB60 or MIRO). Depending on the data quality you may work without any interaction.
