How it works
KGS Activator for SAP provides connectivity to SAP Systems (for e.g validating data against SAP) and SAP ArchiveLink 4.5 certified Archiving Systems.

Example: Invoice Processing for SAP
Following the OCR process the captured data can be validated against the SAP System to ensure the value and integrity of all information captured.

After the forms processing, the image files and text information will hand over to the KGS Activator.

Together with the reference to the archived document (ContentRepository-ID / Doc ID) the KGS Activator creates a Workitem in the SAP Business Workflow.

With selection of the Workitem in the SAP Business Workflow, the user will get the document and the prefilled booking mask of the corresponding transaction on the screen.
