Input (from Output Management System or any other document source)
   
ImageThe DocumentRouter receives the input data as:
  • image (e.g. as pdf) and
  • the associated RDI file (SAP Raw Data Interface) or any index file
This enables the DocumentRouter to process document input from basically any source.

Out of the index data file the DocumentRouter gathers all relevant SAP archiving parameters needed for storing the documents.

Adjustments to arbitrary index formats is possible at any time.
