Your design field

  • You actively contribute to new customer acquisition and establish new business contacts for kgs
  • You evaluate incoming leads, plan your own time, invest in promising opportunities and work closely with your colleagues in the marketing team
  • You identify technical and commercial decision-makers as well as their internal sponsors and informants through telephone research
  • You determine types of demand and customer information and consistently qualify them according to clear criteria
  • You support the automation process and introduce new tools and systems
  • You work closely with the responsible sales team in the follow-up support and schedule high-quality customer appointments
  • You document your activities in Salesforce

  • Clear communication, active listening and time for customers are your top priorities
  • Without thinking too much, you work with Hub Spot. LinkedIn, xing and Salesforce
  • You maintain, optimize and create existing and appropriate processes and carefully document important information and findings
  • You have staying power and continuously work towards your goals
  • You are ideally familiar with current trends in the SAP and archiving environment or in the DMS/ECM market
