Your design field

• You initiate, plan and implement IT projects for the continuous, future-oriented further development of the kgs IT landscape with a focus on Saas, ISO, ITMS and AI
• You record, communicate and coordinate the requirements of different stakeholder groups
• You document, analyze, optimize and implement IT processes and systems as well as their interfaces
• You prepare ISO certifications, accompany audits and are the contact person for internal and external auditors
• You identify and assess potential IT risks
• You communicate IT risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• You support the implementation of operational IT administrative tasks

Your strengths

• You can demonstrate three to five years of experience in the successful implementation of IT projects, including at least one project in the area of Saas implementation
• You are familiar with IT process frameworks and good practices such as COBIT or ITIL
• Ideally, you have experience with the implementation of ISO certifications or the introduction of AI tools
• You can successfully initiate and implement change initiatives
• You can communicate confidently with various internal and external stakeholders in German and English
