Neu-Isenburg, May 23, 2024 - Since the document management and archiving solutions from KGS Software GmbH also offer attractive added value for HR managers, the Neu-Isenburg-based company is taking part in the DSAG HR Days for the first time this year.
In line with the event motto “New Horizons: Reth!nk HR - Working in HR of the Future”, kgs will use concrete best practices to show how the right procedures, structures and tools can be used to smartly manage and archive the documents generated in HR work. Two years ago, DSAG launched the HR Days with great success and, due to the great interest shown by the more than 500 participants, the specialist event now takes place every two years. The aim is to shed light on the current framework conditions, complex challenges and innovative solutions relating to HR-driven SAP processes.

It is not only important to handle them in compliance with data protection regulations, but also to store them reliably and archive them in an audit-proof manner. We will be demonstrating how intelligent, scalable and uncomplicated document storage and archiving works at our stand (No. 1) at the DSAG Personnel Days.”
A special highlight of kgs' appearance at the DSAG Personnel Days is the project of a market leader from the consumer goods and retail industry: The Hamburg-based group has succeeded in moving its HR archive to the cloud. All sensitive data, such as personnel files and documents, which were previously stored in an on-premises human capital management system (HCM), were migrated to the cloud. In Osnabrück, the archiving experts from kgs will provide insights into the project for the first time and present special challenges and milestones achieved.
