We came across an interesting article. In an interview with Computerwelt, Walter Schinnerer (DSAG's Austria board member) emphasized that the future is hybrid. As a specialist for archiving solutions on the pulse of time, we can only agree with this opinion. Yes, the future, or rather already the present, is hybrid. And this requires archives that support heterogeneous IT infrastructures. An archive system must be able to archive documents from the various technically conceivable applications and to connect storage systems of all kinds.
