Our journey

Since its founding in 2000, kgs has developed from an SAP-certified archiving specialist to an international technology leader.

As early as 2005, kgs became SAP's exclusive certification partner for the ArchiveLink® interface. With major projects such as data migration at Procter & Gamble (2010) or the replacement of OpenText by Lufthansa (2016), kgs established itself as a reliable partner for corporations worldwide.

The company grew continuously through strategic partnerships with HP, Dell and Fujitsu (2014) and the development of new markets. With the launch of the tia® brand — the intelligent archive — and the world's first certified CMIS live environment (2022), kgs is setting new standards in terms of SAP-native archiving.
