To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Head of US Sales who will build and lead our US revenue organization and position kgs as the AI-ready archive platform for SAP environments.

The role

As Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that expand kgs’ reach in the North American enterprise market.

You will work with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners to position tia® as the lightweight archive backbone for compliance, governance, and AI-ready enterprise data.

This role combines partner relationship management, joint sales development, and ecosystem strategy, enabling partners to identify opportunities and successfully position kgs solutions within their customer engagements.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partners and system integrators
  • Build and manage relationships with consulting firms, technology partners, and enterprise solution providers
  • Enable partners to position tia® as the lightweight alternative to traditional enterprise content platforms
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and pipeline opportunities with partners
  • Support partners in identifying and closing enterprise customer opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to drive partner-led growth
  • Represent kgs within relevant partner ecosystems and industry networks

Your strengths

  • Experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel management within enterprise software
  • Strong network within system integrators, consulting firms, or enterprise technology partners
  • Experience working with solutions related to enterprise content management, compliance, or data governance
  • Experience in using AI-agents to streamline workflows is preferred
  • Ability to develop joint sales strategies and partner enablement programs
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Compensation at kgs varies depending on factors such as role responsibilities, experience level, and relevant enterprise software sales expertise.

kgs offers a competitive executive compensation package designed to reward performance and support long-term career growth. The compensation package includes base salary, benefits, commission and performance-based bonus opportunities aligned with senior sales roles.

This sales sales role is eligible for variable incentive compensation tied to enterprise revenue performance. Incentives are based on achievement of individual and regional sales targets under the applicable Sales Incentive Plan, subject to plan terms.

Total on-target earnings (OTE) are designed to be highly competitive within the enterprise software market, reflecting the strategic nature of this role and the significant revenue impact expected from the position.
