kgs appoints Eric Duffaut as Chairman of the Board

Eric Duffaut brings over 30 years of international leadership experience in the enterprise software and SaaS industry. Most recently, he served as President and Global Head of Field Operations and Marketing at Finastra, the world's largest fintech software company. There, he led a comprehensive go-to-market transformation and achieved significant profitable growth.

Prior to that, Eric Duffaut was President and a member of the management board at Software AG, where he led global sales, consulting, and marketing activities and drove a profound customer-centric transformation. He spent over a decade in senior leadership positions at SAP, most recently as Corporate Officer and President of Global Ecosystem & Channels, reporting directly to the CEO. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Oracle, where he was responsible for key parts of the EMEA operations.
