Neu-Isenburg, January 18, 2024 — As part of this year IT online conference Together with Sebastian Lemke from the capital management company Aachener Grundvermögen, KGS Software GmbH shows why a hybrid archiving concept makes it easier to switch to the cloud. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. — the signup is now possible.
A project that Aachen's real estate has now implemented as part of a realignment shows that the transition from the old SAP world to the new one does not necessarily have to be rocky. Instead of tearing down bridges, the company initially took a two-track approach and calmly ensured that all data and document flows are oriented in such a way that they work even as soon as they completely switch to archiving in the Azure cloud. The capital management company was helped by modern CMIS technology and the expertise of KGS experts. The company has thus laid a stable, legally secure basis for all future process changes and is future-proof.
Sebastian Lemke (Aachener Grundvermögen) and Benny Schröder (kgs) present in the webinar “Like on clouds in the cloud: How does hybrid archiving pave the way to the cloud? “their approach, their project motivation and the challenges they had to overcome. Among other things, SAP archiving via ArchiveLink in SAP ERP and how CMIS was used on BTP in Azure and used for transformation on S/4HANA will be shown.
