Under the brand tia® — the intelligent archive — kgs combines all modules into one vision: autonomous, cloud-native archiving with connection to every application, every storage and every cloud. tia® supports SAP ArchiveLink®, ILM and CMIS — including the world's first CMIS interface certified by SAP. The headquarters of kgs are in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, with a branch in Atlanta, Georgia (USA).
Vision
From hidden star to fascinator
The kgs vision is called tia®: Under the brand, all existing kg product modules are combined to form a common vision of the intelligent document archive. tia® stands for a new generation of archiving, is connectable to any application, storage solutions and cloud technologies and offers companies the single point of truth in terms of document archiving. In addition, with tia®, kgs is developing new intelligences for autonomous archiving.
Our Journey
From 2000 to today
Since its founding in 2000, kgs has developed from an SAP-certified archiving specialist to an international technology leader.
As early as 2005, kgs became SAP's exclusive certification partner for the ArchiveLink® interface. With major projects such as data migration at Procter & Gamble (2010) or the replacement of OpenText by Lufthansa (2016), kgs established itself as a reliable partner for corporations worldwide.
The company grew continuously through strategic partnerships with HP, Dell and Fujitsu (2014) and the development of new markets. With the launch of the tia® brand — the intelligent archive — and the world's first certified CMIS live environment (2022), kgs is setting new standards in SAP-native archiving.

tia® Content Server
The tia® Content Server is a powerful SAP archive that was developed specifically for document, data and print list archiving — via ArchiveLink®, CMIS and SAP BC-ILM. Compatible with S/4HANA, GROW and RISE, of course.
tia® Migration
The migration software from tia® enables standardized, high-performance migration in the SAP environment without downtime.
tia® Document Router
The tia® Document Router connects documents from a wide range of sources (e.g. scan, e-mail, fax) with SAP — as a universal input manager for all ArchiveLink® certified systems.
tia® Scan
The tia® Scan enables direct scanning and archiving from SAP — ideal for centralized and decentralized incoming mail, mass scanning with bar codes and transfer to SAP workflows.
tia® Scan Server
The tia® Scan Server enables central management of scan profiles and licenses — ideal for organizing scan solutions and can be combined with the tia® Document Router for a wide range of storage scenarios.
tia® Viewer
The tia® Viewer is the software application for displaying PDF and image documents in the Internet browser. It is operated and managed as a servlet within a web server runtime environment. Important annotations for everyday work are easy to add with the viewer.
tia® Zadoc
ZADOC is an SAP add-on that also makes non-SAP documents usable in SAP. The product ideally supplements an SAP archive such as the tia® Content Server with ECM or document management functionalities that the SAP ArchiveLink® interface does not take into account.
