Neu-Isenburg, January 30, 2025 — After KGS Software GmbH was able to successfully expand its involvement in Great Britain last year with a user group partnership, Scandinavia is the focus of international activities this year. The company has now signed a partnership agreement with SAP User Group Norway (SBN).
“In addition to our involvement in the DACH region, we would like to further strengthen our international presence in 2025. That is why we are pleased to have found a strong SAP network in Norway with SBN. As part of the new partnership, we invite Norwegian companies — and anyone interested — to a webinar on SAP archiving. It is also planned to attend the SBN user conference in Oslo in October,” says Johanna Zinn, Head of Marketing and Sales Development at KGS Software GmbH.
SBN is the official Norwegian SAP user group. It was founded in 1998 and its primary purpose is to enable companies to get the most out of their SAP investments and solutions. SBN includes 134 companies with around 6,000 SAP users, a large number of whom usually attend the annual SAP user conference in autumn.
There is already an opportunity to get to know each other between the Norwegian community and kgs as part of the joint webinar “SAP Archiving — Checklist for Getting Started.” This English-language webinar will take place online on February 28, 2025 at 12:00 and will show how SAP data archiving can be implemented. Benny Schröder, Head of Development and Delivery at kgs, reveals what should be considered — from the appropriate technology and legal principles to the best possible use of hybrid archiving landscapes.
