Customers give kgs an excellent anniversary certificate
Just in time for the anniversary, we are delighted not only with the success of the new archiving brand tia®, but also with an NPS (Net Promoter Score) score of 57 points, which has just been determined in a customer survey.
On a scale of minus 100 to plus 100, the published values of market competitors in the technology sector range from minus six to plus seven. With an NPS score of plus 57, KGS recently achieved an excellent score. In combination with other survey results, the positive feedback from customers is even more clearly and differentiated.
87 percent of the customers surveyed chose the highest or second-highest possible rating for the quality of KGS products. These high satisfaction scores go hand in hand with the archiving provider's strong appreciation for KGS support and SAP expertise. In the context of archiving, respondents attach particular importance to reliability, services and support.
While paper archiving was still widely used 20 years ago when the company was founded, digital archiving is already standard today. With autonomous archiving, a new level is now on the rise: the future of document storage is transparent, economical and autonomous. In addition, a “headless” single point of truth (SPoT) is possible in the company; a place for documents that does not require a separate user front end. The KGS software with the tia® archiving solution is therefore one of the innovators in the area of archiving — especially when it comes to documents and data from the SAP ecosystem.
“Right from the start, KGS convinced customers by providing pure, reliable archiving — we called it “the lean archive.” says Benjamin Schröder, Head of R&D at KGS, reviews. “In times of digital transformation, we can now deepen this technical sharpness by, for example, automatically suggesting for deletion only those documents that overfill the storage even though they are no longer needed due to a wide variety of criteria.” Winfried Althaus, CEO at KGS, adds: “Today, we feel even greater dynamism than ever before. I am convinced that it won't be long before autonomous archiving becomes the standard.” He and his team look back proudly on many great KGS moments, but of course also ahead on exciting projects, new partnerships and intensive exchange with customers: https://bit.ly/3nb4cwD
