Start red pencil: ROI calculation live in the kgs webinar

Document management is a powerful cost factor in IT. Although the enterprise content management system (ECM) used for this purpose often only requires audit-proof archiving, there are maintenance and repair costs.

In gratuitous Live webinar “Put on red pencil” On July 9, 2020, at 10 a.m., the archiving experts from KGS will show when and why it is worthwhile to say goodbye to an ECM solution for medium-sized and large companies.

According to a recent study by Bitcom Research on the Digital Office Almost all medium-sized companies surveyed include archiving as a core task of document management. As a result, the assessment of medium-sized companies is no longer different from that of large corporations. Yet many companies stick to their ECM systems and thus burden themselves with superfluous costs for unused functions.

Benjamin Schröder, head of R&D at KGS software, and Johanna Zinn, marketing manager of KGS Software, show in the live webinar “Start red pencil” why companies should take a holistic and future-oriented approach to archiving. It is illustrated why companies such as 1&1, Döhler and Knauf, for example, have replaced their ECM systems with audit-proof archiving systems. In this so-called KGS #funfastfocus webinar, participants will also experience an exemplary return on investment calculation based on an anonymized customer example. The approximately 30-minute webinar concludes with a brief presentation of the KGS archiving solution tia® (the intelligent archive).
