Your responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die Klassifizierung der Supportanfragen mithilfe unseres Ticket-Systems Jira Service Desk und arbeitest eigenständig an der Analyse und Lösung einfacher und komplexer Supportfälle im SAP- und Cloud-Umfeld (1st & 2nd Level)
- Du steuerst aktiv die Kommunikation mit unseren Enterprise-Kunden und koordinierst dabei interne und externe Ansprechpartner
- Du analysierst Container-Setups (Docker, Kubernetes) entlang der gesamten tia®-Systemkette mittels Logs und Postman
- Du prüfst API-Integrationen mit SAP (ArchiveLink/CMIS) und Produktkonfigurationen
- Du bewertest Kritikalitäts-Level von Fehlern und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Vereinbarungen aus SLAs
- Du erstellst wiederverwendbare Dokumentationen,Analysen und Ablaufbeschreibungen
Your strengths
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Cloud-Technologien (insb. Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) und kannst aus Log- und Monitoring- Ergebnissen (z.B. mittels Grafana) richtige Schlussfolgerungen ziehen
- Du kannst mit Linux-Systemen sicher umgehen
- Du kannst Probleme auch bei knapper Zeit systematisch analysieren
- Erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Du lernst schnell und bleibst auch bei hoher Auslastung gelassen
- Du kommunizierst gerne, ruhig, strukturiert und auf das Wesentliche fokussiert
- Du kannst sehr sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch arbeiten
