The kgs Partner Sales Workshop is a new webinar format for 2026, which is specifically aimed at our partners' sales teams. In compact, practical sessions, we provide specific sales arguments, entry-level strategies and use cases relating to modern SAP archiving.
In the kick-off workshop “Mastering Modernization: ECM Replacement, CMIS & Compliance as a Revenue Engine 2026”, Jochem Brost, Partner Manager at kgs, shows how current market trends can be translated into convincing customer conversations and how partners can use modernization projects in a targeted manner as a sales opportunity.
Among other things, the focus is on:
- Positioning archives instead of ECM
- Typical entry scenarios in S/4HANA, RISE and migration projects
- Reasoning guidelines for customer meetings
- Practical examples from partner and customer projects
The workshop provides the basis for the following webinars of the quarter and helps partners to invite and prepare their customers in a targeted manner.
